Buying a Home - Mortgage Lenders Home Loan Process
Buying
a Home - What happens after you've applied for a mortgage loan?
It usually takes a mortgage lender between 1-6 weeks to
complete the evaluation of your mortgage loan application. Its not unusual for the
mortgage lender to ask for more information once the application has been
submitted. The sooner you can provide the information, the faster your
loan application will be processed.
Once all the information has been verified,
the mortgage lender will call you to let you know the outcome of your loan
application.
If your mortgage loan is approved, a closing date is set up and the mortgage lender
will review the closing with you. And after loan closing, you'll be able to
move into your new home.
>> Now that your mortgage
loan has been approved, what does a home inspector do,
and how does a home inspection figure in when buying a home?
